Job summary

Resourcing Group is seeking a Multi Skilled Carpenter for maintenance work in Cornwall, covering Truro and Redruth areas. The role is temporary to permanent with security and a company van, fuel card, and travel expenses provided.

Candidate should have carpentry/joinery background, own tools, full UK driving licence, asbestos awareness or willingness to renew, and a DBS can be arranged for successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Carpentry or joinery background with ability to work across related trades.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Asbestos awareness or willingness to renew, DBS arranged if successful.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance in occupied and empty properties.
• Turn to other trades such as tiling, patch repair, and basic plumbing when needed.
• Role based in Cornwall with a Monday–Friday 8:00–16:30 schedule.

Multi Skilled Carpenter - Maintenance

Carpenter/Multi Skilled

TEMP TO PERM

Resourcing Group is working with a Housing Association based in Cornwall They carry out their own repairs and maintenance, operating in occupied and empty properties. This role is specifically based in and around the Truro and Redruth areas - although, the HA has a national presence.

The business would like to hire 1 additional experienced Multi Trade person with a carpentry and/or joinery background and either a C&G or NVQ trade qualification. The ideal person will have demonstrable experience with in either the Carpentry, with the ability to turn their hand to other trades also eg basic tiling, patch repair, general maintenance, basic plumbing eg fixing a leak.

These role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, offering genuine security.
