Job summary
Tata Chemicals Europe in Northwich is seeking a hands-on IT Support & Network Analyst to join a small IT team. You’ll deliver end-user IT support across UK sites, maintain network infrastructure, and coordinate with remote groups to ensure secure, reliable systems.
The role requires experience with Microsoft and VMware technologies, strong customer service, and the ability to work across multi-site operations. Travel to sites will be required as part of the job.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an IT Support, Infrastructure Support, or Network Analyst role.
- Experience supporting a multi-site organisation.
- Experience working with a centralised or remote infrastructure/network team.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft and VMware technologies and end-user computing.
- Experience supporting networking infrastructure and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class IT support to users across UK sites.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and systems issues.
- Provide face-to-face, telephone, and remote support to employees at all levels.
- Explain technical issues in a clear and non-technical manner.
