Stepnell is seeking an engaging Systems Analyst to join the IT team in Nottingham. You will provide 1st/2nd line IT support, maintain critical systems, and embed yourself with regional teams through site visits to drive smarter, simpler operations.

You will analyse workflows, implement enhancements, and assist with onboarding training while leveraging tools like Field View to support clients. The role requires travel to local sites and collaboration with regional directors.

• Experience in 1st/2nd line IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support across all IT systems, software and equipment.
• Visit regional sites and engage with employees to gather requirements.
• Analyse workflows to enhance systems and introduce new features for efficiency.
• Support access to key operational software for clients (e.g., Field View).
• Maintain IT knowledge base and host weekly touchpoints for improvement.
• Deliver onboarding IT training for new starters and support regional upskilling.
