Job summary

Office Angels Limited is seeking a Group HR Manager to lead a small HR team across multiple UK sites. Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will advise managers, drive the people strategy and shape HR processes to improve the employee experience.

This hands-on role requires solid knowledge of UK employment law, experience in a multi-site environment, and the ability to travel regularly between sites while delivering stakeholder engagement and HR improvements.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification.
• At least five years' experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor.
• Experience managing or mentoring an HR team.
• Strong UK employment law and employee relations knowledge.
• Experience in a multi-site organisation.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and commercially minded with ability to manage priorities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a small HR team.
• Manage complex employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence).
• Advise and coach managers on employment law, HR policies and best practice.
• Oversee HR administration, contracts, policies, records and GDPR compliance.
• Support recruitment, training, apprenticeships and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate salary reviews and bonus administration with Payroll.
• Support organisational change and HR projects.
• Travel regularly between company sites.
