Job summary

G's Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with managers across multiple sites, delivering day-to-day HR support and strategic people initiatives. You will advise on employee relations, performance management, engagement and change projects to enhance the employee experience and business outcomes.

Based primarily on-site with some flexibility for home working, you will build strong relationships, coach managers and ensure HR practices align with employment law across

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar role.
• Strong strategic HR partnering capability.
• Proven talent management and succession planning expertise.
• Ability to drive business-focused people initiatives and organisational effectiveness.
• Experience influencing leaders and shaping people strategy.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Confidence working with managers at different levels of the business.
• Ability to manage a varied workload across multiple sites.
• Practical approach to problem solving and decision making.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with managers across multiple sites to provide day-to-day HR support and advice.
• Supporting employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.
• Coaching and guiding managers on people policies, procedures and best practice.
• Supporting recruitment activities, workforce planning and onboarding of new employees.
• Helping to drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives across sites.
• Supporting performance management processes and employee development discussions.
• Assisting with organisational changes, restructures and change projects as required.
• Using people data and insight to support decision-making and identify trends.
• Ensuring HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
• Building positive working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
