Job summary

Office Angels Limited in Leicester is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead a small HR team across multiple sites. You will provide expert advice to managers, drive people strategies, and ensure compliant HR processes.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will manage employee relations, oversee contracts and GDPR compliance, support recruitment, training, and engagement, and travel between sites to influence practice and culture.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification.
• At least five years' experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor.
• Experience managing or mentoring an HR team.
• Strong UK employment law and employee relations knowledge.
• Experience working in a multi-site organisation.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded and able to manage competing priorities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a small HR team.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence matters.
• Advise and coach managers on employment law, HR policies and best practice.
• Oversee HR administration, contracts, policies, employee records and GDPR compliance.
• Support recruitment, training, apprenticeships and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate salary reviews and bonus administration with Payroll.
• Support organisational change, HR projects and continuous improvement.
• Travel regularly between company sites.
