Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a generalist HR/HR Officer/HR Advisor role.
• Experience advising managers on employee relations issues.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment process.
• Coordinate onboarding to enhance new starter experience.
• Advise on employee relations matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Contribute to HR projects focused on engagement and wellbeing.
