Job summary

Golf Holdings is seeking an HR professional to deliver a full HR service across multiple sites in Northern Ireland. The role covers policies, recruitment, attendance management, employee relations, and confidential advisory support to managers.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation with the ability to respond to HR queries and guide Managers.
• Experience addressing day-to-day HR issues across multiple sites.
• Comfort handling confidential information with tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to business unit management teams on HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure contracts and right-to-work checks are completed per company policies.
• Support HR administration across business units as required.
• Assist Managers in end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
• Support managers in sickness management and employee relations issues including investigations and disciplinary matters.
• Attend to other duties relevant to the position.
