Job summary

Haughey Recruitment Ltd in Magherafelt and Coalisland is seeking an experienced HR Officer for a full-time, permanent role across multiple sites. Travel between sites is required, and access to your own vehicle is essential.

You will act as a key contact for employees, support line managers on HR queries, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, and contribute to employee development and employer branding. This is a hands-on, multi-site position with scope to shape HR processes and culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar HR generalist role.
• CIPD qualified or currently working towards CIPD qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key HR contact for employees across sites.
• Provide guidance to line managers on HR queries to support high-performing teams.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Support early-career development programmes and student opportunities.
• Develop and deliver internal development programmes and coordinate external training.
• Monitor attendance and support wellbeing initiatives.
• Implement and communicate HR policies and maintain the employee handbook.
