You will advise, investigate, and guide on employment law and HR processes, ensuring consistent, compliant decisions and strong employee engagement across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex employee relations cases across multiple sites.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to coach managers through investigations, hearings and appeals.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied and complex employee relations caseload including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
• Provide clear HR guidance to managers across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
• Coach managers through investigations, hearings and appeals.
• Support organisational change and consultation processes where required.
• Work with operational teams to improve engagement, retention and performance.
• Ensure HR policies are applied consistently across sites.
• Identify recurring ER issues and address them proactively with managers.
