Job summary

Blue Legal is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a Facilities Supervisor to support the day-to-day operational management of its offices. You will supervise local facilities teams, oversee building services and contractors, and ensure a high-quality facilities service across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or supervision across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and welfare regulations.
• IOSH and/or NEBOSH qualifications desirable.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel between offices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of local facilities teams, ensuring staffing levels and high standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure offices are maintained with issues escalated as needed.
• Coordinate contractors and building services across locations, monitoring service levels and requirements.
• Support lifecycle maintenance, energy management, and environmental initiatives while complying with policies.
• Act as a point of contact for employees across offices, addressing facilities queries and issues.
• Maintain Health & Safety standards, supporting risk assessments and fire safety requirements.
• Monitor facilities performance and expenditure, produce management reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
