Job summary

Avison Young is seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional to support multi-site operations in the UK. The role focuses on ensuring leases and service agreements are followed, budgets are monitored, and occupiers receive excellent service.

You will engage with stakeholders, manage safety documentation, and contribute to the environmental and budget controls across properties, while working within a collaborative, Principal-led environment.

Qualifications

• Well-developed IT skills and familiarity with facilities systems and reporting.
• Knowledge of service charge processes and cost control practices.
• Experience working in a multi-site facilities management environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services for property operation align with leases and are overseen with the Management Surveyor.
• Prepare and monitor service charge budgets in line with RICS Code of Practice.
• Engage with occupiers, update contacts, and manage fire safety lists.
• Deliver excellent customer service to occupiers and clients.
• Record actions using REFIM software and inspect buildings regularly.
• Manage faults, Servicedesk interactions, and review SLAs & KPIs.
• Raise and supervise insurance claims with Management Surveyor.
• Support site reporting and attend client meetings as required.
• Monitor energy and water usage and promote sustainable operations.
