Job summary

Tufin is seeking a Business Development Representative in the UK to spark conversations, qualify inbound leads, and drive pipeline across EMEA. You’ll build outbound campaigns, prospect in English and a second language, and coordinate with Account Executives to convert opportunities.

The role is a training ground for a future full-cycle Account Executive, with weekly coaching, hands-on deal exposure, and onboarding into discovery, qualification, and multithreading.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of full-time professional experience.
• Career changers welcome: transferable experience from recruiting, teaching, hospitality, or customer service.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach is a plus; Software/SaaS exposure is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Source new opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound prospecting.
• Build and run outbound campaigns into target accounts and convert activity into qualified appointments.
• Prospect in English and a second language, adapting messaging for each market.
• Research and reach the right stakeholders inside complex organizations.
• Navigate objections and find alternative paths when needed.
• Maintain clean prospect and account data in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to sharpen messaging and lift conversions.
