NHS Jobs is seeking a candidate to support a broad range of duties in patient-facing and administrative roles. The post involves handling calls, accurately recording data in line with GDPR, and coordinating treatment centre bookings.

The role requires liaising with Hospitals, Pharmacies, Nursing Services, Ambulance and Police teams, and providing compassionate patient support. A flexible, proactive, and integrity-driven approach is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls from the public and Healthcare Professionals in a courteous, helpful and professional manner.
• Accurate recording of patient data in line with GDPR protocols.
• Despatch home visits to BARDOC Visiting Services.
• Manage the bookings of Treatment Centre appointments.
• Ensure effective comfort calling to patients when required.
• Liaise and collaborate with external multi-disciplinary teams (Hospitals, Pharmacies, Nursing Services, Ambulance and Police).
• Any other duties reasonably falling within the nature of this post.
• Self-motivated, well organised and proactive.
• Demonstrates accountability for own workload and open to learning from mistakes.
• Willingness to learning from others and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Is approachable and takes pride in own work.
• Acts with honesty and integrity through all you do.
• Demonstrates a flexible approach to working.
