Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety procedures.
- Build, develop and retain a high-performing team through recruitment, training and coaching.
- Drive customer satisfaction and guest feedback through service excellence.
- Collaborate with QA teams to maintain brand standards and food quality.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting and cost control measures.
