Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking an Operations Manager to lead multi-site operations across locations in hospitality. The role focuses on profitability, rigorous standards, and exceptional guest experiences, with accountability for recruitment, training and ongoing development of store teams.

You will drive customer-centric service, uphold safety and quality standards, and collaborate with regional teams to push store performance and adherence to Popeyes policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site hospitality businesses, preferably QSR or casual dining.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Leads by example and drives an exceptional guest experience and KPIs.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple locations for efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety procedures.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams with succession planning.
• Put the customer first to drive service and guest feedback.
• Uphold food quality standards and support Popeyes’ brand ambitions as the most loved QSR.
• Collaborate with regional teams to drive store performance and standards.
• Implement and maintain operational policies across locations.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting and cost control measures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
