Popeyes UK&I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of a high-volume Popeyes site in the UK. You will drive performance across people, sales, profit and guest experience, while maintaining brand standards and legal compliance.

Lead recruitment, development plans and succession at your site, build efficient rotas, manage stock, waste and inventories, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven General Manager experience in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Own full accountability for restaurant performance including P&L, sales, labour, food cost and audits.
• Ensure food safety, health & safety and employment legislation compliance.
• Recruit, develop and succession plan for the site team; build rotas balancing labour budgets and peak trade.
• Drive food quality, speed of service and guest experience to meet brand standards.
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action.
• Lead new-site openings or multi-site environments if applicable.
