Job summary

Popeyes UK & I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of a busy site. You will lead a team to deliver top standards in guest experience, food safety, and operational efficiency while meeting sales and cost targets.

As a proven operator, you will own recruitment, performance management and development plans, ensuring sustainable growth and brand integrity across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Proven GM in branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Experience delivering safe food handling, audits and brand standards.
• Track record across sales, costs and people development.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance including P&L, sales, labour, and costs.
• Lead and develop team with succession planning and coaching.
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed and guest experience standards.
• Oversee recruitment and development plans for the site.
