Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Multi Trade Bathroom Fitter for a maintenance contractor carrying out planned upgrades on local authority properties across the UK.

You will undertake kitchen fitting, carpentry, plumbing and other trades to a high standard, with daily tasks including carpentry, tiling, patch plastering and decorating. A full UK driving licence and own van are required to support site mobility.

Qualifications

• Multiskilled in carpentry, plumbing, tiling and related trades.
• Experience with kitchen fitting and basic plumbing.
• Ability to work to tight timescales on maintenance projects.
• Full UK driving license and own van.

• Ability to undertake Kitchen fitting, Carpentry, plumbing and other trades tasks at a multi skilled level
• Kitchen fitting, minor tiling and basic plumbing
• Provide a high-quality service to customers and maintain a good customer relationship
• Daily jobs will include Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, decorating.

Requirements:

• Have knowledge of the materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry.
• Competent to complete a wide variety carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled level
• Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties
• Experience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales
• Full Driving licence (clean) and own van
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work
