Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a multi-trade kitchen fitter for a maintenance contractor delivering upgrades on local authority properties across the UK. The role covers kitchen fitting, carpentry, plumbing and other trades to a high standard.

You will work as part of a trade team, undertake varied tasks including tiling, patch plastering and decorating, and must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to work to tight timescales.

Qualifications

• Experience across carpentry, plumbing, tiling and related trades.
• Full current driving licence.
• Ability to work as part of a multi-skilled trades team.

Responsibilities

• Undertake kitchen fitting, minor tiling and basic plumbing.
• Carry out multi-skilled trades tasks including carpentry and other duties.
• Provide high-quality service and maintain customer relationships.

• Ability to undertake Kitchen fitting, Carpentry, plumbing and other trades tasks at a multi skilled level
• Kitchen fitting, minor tiling and basic plumbing
• Provide a high-quality service to customers and maintain a good customer relationship
• Daily jobs will include Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, decorating.

Requirements:

• Have knowledge of the materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry.
• Full current driving license.
• Competent to complete a wide variety carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled level
• Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties
• Experience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales
• Full Driving licence (clean)
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work
