Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Multi Trade Bathroom Fitter for a Maintenance Contractor undertaking upgrades on local authority properties in the UK. The role covers full bathroom fitting and a range of multi-skilled tasks.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing and related trades, a full driving licence, and NVQ2 or time-served competence. The job involves working to tight timescales and delivering high quality customer service.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Ability to undertake a wide variety of Carpentry, plumbing and other trades tasks at a multi skilled level
• Provide a high-quality service to customers and maintain a good customer relationship
• This will include full Bathroom fitting work.
• Daily jobs will include Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, lock changes, patch plastering, decorating and floring.

Requirements:

• Have knowledge of the materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry.
• Full current driving license.
• Competent to complete a wide variety carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled level
• Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties
• Minimum NVQ level 2, or time served experience in either carpentry, masonry and/or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trades.
• Experience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales
• Full Driving licence (clean)
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work
