Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Multi-Trade Kitchen Fitter to join a maintenance contractor delivering planned upgrades on local authority properties. The role covers kitchen fitting, carpentry, plumbing and related trades at a multi-skilled level.

You will perform kitchen fittings, minor tiling and basic plumbing, and strive to provide a high-quality service while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Candidates should have broad experience across carpentry and plumbing and hold a full UK

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-trade kitchen fitting across varied properties.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work to tight timescales as part of a trade team.

• Ability to undertake Kitchen fitting, Carpentry, plumbing and other trades tasks at a multi skilled level
• Kitchen fitting, minor tiling and basic plumbing
• Provide a high-quality service to customers and maintain a good customer relationship
• Daily jobs will include Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, decorating.Requirements:

Requirements

• Have knowledge of the materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry.
• Full current driving license.
• Competent to complete a wide variety carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled level
• Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties
• Experience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales
• Full Driving licence (clean)
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work
