Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Multi Trade Kitchen Fitter for a Maintenance Contractor working on local authority properties. The role covers kitchen fitting, carpentry, plumbing and other trades at a multi-skilled level, with daily tasks including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and decorating.

You will provide a high-quality service to customers and maintain strong relationships. The ideal candidate has knowledge of building materials/methods and a full driving licence, with

Qualifications

• Knowledge of materials and methods used in building and maintenance.
• Full driving licence.
• Competent to complete a wide variety of carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled level.
• Experience delivering to tight timescales as part of a trade team.
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

Multi Trade kitchen fitter

needed for a Maintenance Contractor undertaking planned upgrades on local authority properties.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to undertake Kitchen fitting, Carpentry, plumbing and other trades tasks at a multi skilled level
• Kitchen fitting, minor tiling and basic plumbing
• Provide a high-quality service to customers and maintain a good customer relationship
• Daily jobs will include Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, decorating.

Requirements:

• Have knowledge of the materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry.
• Full current driving license.
• Competent to complete a wide variety carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled level
• Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties
• Experience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales
• Full Driving licence (clean)
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work
