Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a multi-trade kitchen fitter for a maintenance contractor carrying out planned upgrades on local authority properties across the region. The role requires hands-on experience in kitchen fitting, carpentry, plumbing and related trades to a high standard.

You will fit kitchens, carry out minor tiling and basic plumbing, and work as part of a team delivering to tight deadlines. A full driving licence and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-skilled building trades including carpentry, plumbing and tiling.
• Full valid driving licence.
• Experience delivering to tight timescales in a maintenance/contractor setting.
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
• Knowledge of materials and methods used in building and maintenance.

• Have knowledge of the materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry.
• Full current driving license.
• Competent to complete a wide variety carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled level
• Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties
• Experience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales
• Full Driving licence (clean)
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work
