Job summary

Skilled Careers is recruiting an experienced Multi Trader to join a social housing maintenance team covering Essex and East London. The role focuses on responsive repairs in occupied and void properties, with main trades in Plumbing or Carpentry.

You will work across Essex and East London, with a company van and fuel card provided, on a full-time, long-term basis. Pay ranges £20-£24 per hour PAYE.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Multi Trader / Maintenance Operative
• Main trade must be Plumbing or Carpentry
• Experience within social housing, housing maintenance or property repairs is highly desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload
• Good communication and customer service skills
