Howells Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled Social Housing Multi Trader to join our Essex team. You will carry out repairs across carpentry, plumbing, painting and general maintenance, with a focus on carpentry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi in social housing or similar environment.
• Trade qualifications in plumbing, carpentry, or related field are desirable.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out repairs and maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, painting and general trades, mainly carpentry.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Social Housing Multi Trader to join our dedicated team in the Essex area.

Job Description

As a Social Housing Multi, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving social housing properties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks in various trades, including plumbing, painting, and general building maintenance however mainly Carpentry.
• Responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborating with other team members and contractors to achieve project goals.
• Providing excellent customer service to residents and addressing their concerns with professionalism.
