Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd in North London is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team.

You will perform carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and other general making-good works across occupied and void properties, ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard and within set timescales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader
• Social housing or property maintenance experience
• Strong skills across at least two trades
• Good customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload

Responsibilities

• Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties

• Diagnosing and completing repairs to a high standard
• Working to agreed timescales and housing KPIs
• Completing job sheets and reporting works accurately
