Job summary

MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Multi-Trader to join a busy reactive maintenance team covering contracts across East London and Essex. This is a temporary to permanent role offering £23.00 per hour (Umbrella) and a company van.

You will carry out reactive maintenance across occupied residential properties, performing carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting and plastering, with 40 hours per week from 8:00am to 4:30pm, duties across Barking & Dagenham, Morgan Sindall, Fosters and Delta,

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Multi-Trader.
• Experience working within social housing or reactive maintenance.
• Basic DBS required.
• CSCS card preferred.
• BYOD (Bring Your Own Device).

Responsibilities

• Carrying out reactive maintenance and repairs within residential properties
• Completing a broad range of multi-trade works including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting and basic plastering
• Working across contracts including Barking & Dagenham, Morgan Sindall, Fosters and Delta
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
• Providing excellent customer service when working in occupied homes

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trader to join a busy reactive maintenance team covering contracts across East London and Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential to move into a permanent position. You will be working across a range of well-established maintenance contracts, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance within occupied residential properties.
