Job summary

Build Recruitment is currently working with a well-established Housing Association to recruit an experienced Multi-Trader for reactive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Bracknell and surrounding areas.

The role is a temporary contract in Bracknell, offering ongoing, stable work with potential for permanent opportunities. You will perform basic carpentry, tiling, plastering, and decorating, and hold a valid UK driving licence with CSCS or equivalent trade qualification.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-trader experience, ideally in social housing or domestic maintenance.
• Competent in minor trades (carpentry, tiling, plastering, decorating).
• Full UK driving licence; company van and fuel card provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-trade repairs and maintenance across properties.
• Carry out reactive maintenance and disrepair tasks.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and meet client SLAs.
• Kitchen fitting.

Build Recruitment provides specialist recruitment services, supplying quality candidates on a temporary and permanent basis to leading organisations across the built environment - from executive to operative level.

We're currently working with awell-established Housing Association, seeking an experiencedMulti-Tradeto carry out reactive repairs and maintenance withinvoid social housing propertiesacross the Windsor, Slough, Reading, High Wycombe, Datchet, Bracknell and surrounding areas.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver multi-trade repairs and maintenance such asbasic carpentry, tiling, plastering, and decoratingas required.
• Work onreactive maintenanceanddisrepair cases, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with client SLAs.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communicate effectively with tenants and housing officers.
• Kitchen fitting

Requirements:

• Proven experienceMulti-Trader, ideally withinsocial housing or domestic property maintenance.
• Competent in carrying out minor works in additional trades (carpentry, tiling, plastering, etc.).
• Full UK driving licence -company van and fuel card provided.
• ValidCSCS Cardor trade qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds) preferred.
• Right to work in the UK.
