Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Multi Trader (TW, UB, HA & W post codes) on a reactive maintenance contract in social housing. The role covers repairs in occupied properties, including UPVC, carpentry, plumbing, and wet trades.

The position offers £21.40 per hour (CIS), 42.5 hours per week, with a temp-to-perm pathway and a fully equipped van, fuel card, uniform, and PDA provided. Face-to-face interviews at head office are arranged.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in a core trade (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Solid experience in social housing or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties.
• Perform UPVC repairs, basic carpentry and basic plumbing.
• Work on wet trades as part of a reactive maintenance team.

We’re recruiting experienced Multi Traders to join a well-established social housing contractor working on a reactive maintenance contract

The Role:
You’ll carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance works in occupied properties as part of a dedicated reactive maintenance team;

• UPVC repairs
• Basic carpentry
• Basic plumbing
• Wet Trades

What’s on offer:

• 42.5 hours per week Monday–Friday
