Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Plasterer to join our Response team in West Sussex, covering Worthing.

You will carry out reactive repairs, deliver high quality work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and put customers at the centre of everything you do. We offer a competitive basic salary (£39,870 for 39 hours), On target earnings up to £43,926 with bonus, overtime and call out, a company van and fuel card, uniform and PPE, plus pension, life insurance, and access to

Qualifications

• Ideally NVQ level 2 in Plastering.
• Experience with damp and mould is beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence required to operate company van.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and maintenance in voids and refurbishment teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a customer-facing environment.

The Multi Trade Plasterer role:

• Successfully complete repairs and maintenance jobs within our voids and refurbishment team
• Passionate about people, you will pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment
• Taking pride in health and safety is key to the success of this role, ensuring all actions are communicated effectively and recorded.

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Plasterer?

• Ideally qualified to an NVQ level 2 in Plastering
• Experience with dealing with damp, mould experience would be beneficial
• Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets
• Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Plasterer role, with the use of a company van.
