Overview

Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Islington, North London

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter who has skills in repairing and replacing UPVC windows and doors to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Islington and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades.
• Work efficiently to complete works within required deadlines.
• Provide high-quality customer service and maintain professional standards on site.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experienced Carpenter with skills in repairing and replacing UPVC windows and doors; ability to undertake other trades as needed.
• Good customer care and communication skills.
• Valid UK driving licence; company vehicle will be provided for work use.
• Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
• Eligible to work in the UK; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.

• As an operative in the London Region, you’ll be eligible for a non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125 per month.
