A leading property maintenance company in West Yorkshire is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join their Response team. You will carry out reactive repairs, focusing on completing tasks in occupied residential properties. The ideal candidate should possess NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade and demonstrate strong customer service skills. This role offers competitive pay, productivity bonuses, and a supportive work environment. A full UK driving licence is required. We’re looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our Response team, based in the Halifax area, carrying out reactive repairs, delivering high quality work in a fast paced, target driven environment. Putting our customers at the centre of everything we do, you’ll make a meaningful and lasting impact through every repair.

Multi trade work – Complete second fix tasks in occupied residential properties, primarily plastering, tiling and floor laying repairs.
Customer focused – Enjoy working in domestic environments, engaging with residents and collaborating with your team.
Problem solving – Apply fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues effectively.
Responsive repairs – Attend reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, with occasional planned refurbishment in void properties. (Emergency call out on a rota basis)
You will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade, ideally with experience in domestic or social housing environments, desirable, but not essential.
With a genuine passion for improving people’s homes, you bring strong customer service skills and enjoy working with others. A full UK driving licence is required.
