Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi Trade operative to provide maintenance services on social housing properties in the South Devon area. The role is a temp-to-perm position with a salary of £35,360 per year and includes a company van and fuel card.

You will perform a range of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, window/door repairs, and leak remediation, while interacting with clients professionally.

Qualifications

• NVQ in a trade (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence required.
• DBS check will be completed prior to start.

Responsabilités

• Dealing with customers in a polite and professional manner.

Multi Operative Day to Day:

• Maintenance on social housing properties
• All aspects of maintenance work in properties, carpentry, window and door repairs, leak remedials etc
• Dealing with customers, being polite and professional
• Driving a company van safely and responsibly
• Following a spec to complete works
• Reporting to your Supervisor
• NVQ in a trade (desirable)
• DBS – will be completed prior to start
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving licence
