Sanctuary Group in Ely, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a Multi-Trade Operative to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance across our properties. The role involves plumbing, carpentry, plastering, painting and decorating, brickwork, tiling, and general building maintenance, with a mix of lone and team working.
You'll need NVQ Level 2 in a core trade (carpentry or electrical), Plumbing Level 3, Unvented G3 and WRAS qualifications, hold a UK driving licence, and demonstrate customer-focused

£35,579 - £37,452 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 16:30pm
We have exciting opportunities for Multi-Trade Operatives to join our team based in Ely, Cambridgeshire, working alongside 19 other team members. These roles involve both lone working and collaborating with colleagues as part of a wider, supportive team. Day-to-day responsibilities will include carrying out a variety of responsive repairs and maintenance tasks, such as plumbing repairs, carpentry works, plastering, fencing repairs, kitchen upgrades, decorating, and general property maintenance.
We are keen to hear from candidates with experience in a range of primary trades, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, painting and decorating, brickwork, tiling, and general building maintenance. The successful candidates will be proactive, customer-focused individuals who can deliver high-quality workmanship across a variety of repair and maintenance activities.
