Sanctuary Maintenance Contractors Limited is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to carry out general building repairs including plumbing, carpentry and plaster patching in tenanted properties across South Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire.
The role is largely lone working with occasional team collaboration. A company van and tools are supplied, and the position offers a stable, full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.

£35,579 - £37,452 per year

We are looking for a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our team of operatives with a mix of skills and qualifications working on repairs in tenanted properties. Within the roles you will be covering all aspects of general building repairs including plumbing, carpentry, and plaster patching. The role is mainly lone working with opportunities to work with the wider team as and when required. With a company van and tools included the role will cover areas in and around South Yorkshire / Nottinghamshire
