Multi-Trade Operative
Salisbury Based - covering postal areas SP, SO, RG, BH - Other Area Coverage could be required from time to time.
£35,579 - £37,452 per year
40 hours per week-Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
We have an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our team, covering different sites across Hampshire. In this role you will be working as part of a team with some lone working also required. These works are Day to Day reactive maintenance on our properties and duties include carpentry, painting and decorating, bricklaying, plumbing and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong plumbing background as their primary trade, complemented by experience across a range of multi-trade disciplines.
Due to the nature of the role, a company van will be provided as well as power tools for you to complete jobs to a high standard.
