Sanctuary Group is seeking a Multi-Trade Operative in the Swindon area, covering Swindon, Reading and Gloucester. The role involves working as part of a team, with some lone-working, across domestic void properties, performing carpentry, painting and decorating, bricklaying, plumbing and general maintenance.
The ideal candidate has a strong plumbing background complemented by cross-discipline multi-trade experience, with a company van and power tools provided.

We have an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our team, covering different sites across Swindon. As a Multi-Trade Operative you will be working as part of a team with some lone working also required. These works are predominantly in domestic void properties and duties include carpentry, painting and decorating, bricklaying, plumbing and general maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong plumbing background as their primary trade, complemented by experience across a range of multi-trade disciplines.
Due to the nature of the role, a company van will be provided as well as power tools for you to complete jobs to a high standard.
You will be required to be on an emergency call out rota, which will be approximately 1 in every 9 weeks.
