Sanctuary Group is recruiting a Multi-Trade Operative to join the Planned Works team in Sutton Coldfield. You will work in domestic properties across the Midlands, delivering carpentry, plumbing and general maintenance tasks to a high standard, with a company van provided.
Candidates should have NVQ Level 2 in a core trade, with plumbing Level 3 and WRAS knowledge desirable; hold a valid UK driving licence, and demonstrate strong customer service and the ability to plan and meet deadlines.

We have an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Planned Works team in Sutton Coldfield. As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be working as part of a team with some lone working also required. These works are predominantly in domestic properties across Midlands and duties include carpentry, plumbing and general maintenance. Due to the nature of the role, a company van will be provided as well as power tools for you to complete jobs to a high standard.
