Sanctuary Property Services in Ely offers an Apprentice - Property Maintenance Operative Level 2. The programme blends remote learning with on-site practical training, including working in a mobile van, to gain a nationally recognised qualification.
Starting salary is £19,968 with a 40-hour week. The fixed-term contract lasts 24 months, supported by Grey Seal as the training provider, and a team will guide you through the apprenticeship journey.

You will work towards an Apprenticeship in Property Maintenance. This will lead to an Apprenticeship Standard Property Maintenance Operative - Level 2 nationally recognised qualification at the end. All of this will be supported by the team around you, ensuring you are getting the best out of your apprenticeship!
You will work within the team in the Ely region. This opportunity will give you a chance to earn valuable practical experience in Property Maintenance and enable you to learn the customer service skills needed to build a career in the industry.
