Job summary

Joshua Robert Recruitment Limited is recruiting an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a social housing reactive maintenance contract across Gloucestershire. You will carry out reactive repairs with a bias toward carpentry or plumbing and handle a variety of day-to-day fixes across housing stock.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with mileage paid at 45p per mile. You must have your own van and tools, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work independently and manage

We're recruiting an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a social housing reactive maintenance contract across Gloucestershire. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with a carpentry or plumbing bias who's comfortable handling a variety of day-to-day repairs across the housing stock.

The Role

• Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties
• Core trade skills in either carpentry or plumbing, with the flexibility to turn your hand to general multi-trade tasks
• Working to a daily job schedule, managing your own workload efficiently
