Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join a social housing contractor covering Worcester and surrounding areas. You will work on void properties, refurbishing and repairing to prepare homes for new tenants.

The role requires a strong all-round skillset, with carpentry, tiling, plumbing and decorating as core duties, and the ability to manage your own workload while delivering high workmanship standards. A full UK driving licence is essential.

• Experience as Multi Trade Operative, ideally within social housing or property maintenance.
• Strong carpentry skills with experience across other trades.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).

Multi Trade Operative - Social Housing

Location: Worcester & Stroud (and surrounding areas)

Pay: £19.00-£23.00 per hour (CIS) - Depending on Experience

Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
