Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Multi Trader for permanent work in Cheltenham. The role covers maintenance across social housing properties, with duties spanning carpentry, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, tiling and flooring.

You will work with other trades and report to a supervisor while ensuring customer-facing professionalism. A company van is provided, and the role includes a 23-day holiday entitlement, van and fuel card, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Good trades experience.
• Previous experience working within social housing is desirable.
• Good attitude and reliable.
• Full UK driving license.
• DBS will be completed for successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance work on properties in the Cheltenham area.
• Carpentry, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, flooring.
• Work alongside other trades/colleagues.
• Drive a company van safely and responsibly.
• Report progress to supervisor.
