Boots Hearingcare, backed by Sonova, is seeking a Multi-Store Hearing Aid Audiologist to provide high-quality care across a network of clinics in Cambridgeshire. You will maintain clinical standards, ensure continuity of care, and support regional performance with strong clinical leadership.

The role offers autonomy, structured diaries for quality consultations, and a central admin support system. Travel between sites is essential, with potential evenings and weekends as required.

Competenze

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent) is required.
• HCPC registration is required.
• 2+ years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car.

This is an opportunity to operate as a Multi-Store Audiologist, supporting a group of established clinics across Cambridgshire. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting performance, and ensuring continuity of care- backed by the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova.

The multi-store environment

You’ll work across a number of modern, well-equipped clinics, each supported by strong local teams and centralised admin.

The role offers:

The role

As a Multi-Store Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:

• Act as a trusted clinical presence for both customers and store teams
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
• Work flexibly across the region, including some evenings or weekends where required

Travel between sites is a core part of the role and is fully supported.
