Job summary

Boots Hearingcare, part of the Sonova family, is seeking an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist in Stevenage. You’ll own the clinic, deliver high‑quality care, and build lasting customer relationships within a modern Boots Hearingcare clinic.

You’ll benefit from ongoing CPD, exposure to the latest technology, and the backing of two leading organisations to support your clinical autonomy and career progression.

Qualifications

  • BSc in Audiology (or equivalent).
  • HCPC registration.
  • 2+ years’ post‑qualification experience.
  • Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.
  • Commercial awareness with a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes.
  • Deliver high‑quality, customer‑centric hearing care.
  • Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long‑term customer relationships.
  • Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey.
  • Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
  • Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand.

The role
