Job summary

Boots Hearingcare in Bracknell is looking for an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist to manage a high-performing clinic. You will own customer outcomes and deliver high-quality, personalized hearing care while enjoying full support and access to the latest technology.

The position offers a competitive salary of around £40,000 plus a car allowance, monthly bonuses, and various employee benefits including a flexible benefits box, Boots discount card, and life assurance.

The role

• Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care

• Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
• Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand

Progression & development

• Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist roles
• Lead / Mentor positions, supporting newly qualified clinicians
• Multi-site or regional opportunities as our network continues to grow
