Job summary

Boots Hearingcare, backed by Sonova, is offering an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist role in a modern, well-equipped clinic in Hoddesdon. You’ll own your clinic, deliver high-quality care, and build lasting customer relationships with strong admin support.

Work with the latest technology, benefit from ongoing CPD and clear progression into senior roles or multi-site opportunities. Some evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent) and HCPC registration.
• Minimum 2+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your clinic, performance and customer outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care.
• Act as an ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term relationships.
• Support customers throughout their Hearingcare journey.
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
• Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends.
