Job summary

Boots Hearingcare is seeking an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist to own a high-performing clinic with autonomy and support from Sonova. You will deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care and build long-term relationships with customers.

This role offers clinical autonomy, strong commercial impact, access to the latest hearing technology, and progression into senior roles or leadership positions as the network grows.

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent) and HCPC registration.
• 2+ years post-qualification experience in hearing care.
• Strong CPD compliance and clinical audit results.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care.
• Act as an ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships.
• Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey.
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
• Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends to meet demand.

The role

As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:
