The role involves a broad mix of repair and reinstatement tasks with travel across the UK, including working away from home with accommodation provided.

The ideal candidate will have proven multi-trade experience, CSCS, a valid UK driving licence, and a professional, reliable approach, able to work independently or as part of a team.

Location: Birmingham Based with UK travel including working away from home.

Salary up to £45,000

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist contractor delivering high-quality property repairs.

Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of repair and reinstatement works, which may include:

• General building repairs and property reinstatement
• Brickwork and structural repairs
• Plastering, including complete rooms and patch repairs
• Wall and floor tiling
• Carpentry and joinery
• Making good and finishing works
• Other general building and maintenance tasks associated with insurance repairs

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a reliable and experienced tradesperson who can work to a high standard and represent our client professionally when working in customers' homes.

You will need:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson / Builder
• A valid CSCS card
• A current UK driving licence
