Cardo Group in Bristol is seeking a Skilled Multi-Trade Person to join our team. The role covers plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance across residential and commercial properties, with an emphasis on quality workmanship and problem solving.

This full-time, permanent on-site position offers a company van and fuel expenses, training opportunities and a pension. Applicants should have at least 2 years of multi-trade experience and hold CSCS and a driving licence if possible.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Proven experience in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in specific trades.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems.
• Perform repairs and installations in various areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Proven experience in maintenance tasks.
• Ability to perform various trades such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Respond to maintenance requests from clients promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks performed, including time, materials, and client interactions.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
